With over 15 years of experience, my path has led me through unique and diverse roles, from print specialty and weaving brand stories to designing physical spaces and products. This journey has developed versatile insights, allowing me to navigate between pixel to pica, from the physical and digital shelf to everything between. My days are full of creative problem solving and happy accidents.
Raised near Boulder at the foot of the Rockies, I moved to San Diego for art school — drawn to skateboarding, hot rod culture, and beach life. I started out at a small design agency, and built a career spanning corporate branding and then the fast-paced world of sporting goods.
After a dozen years of perfect weather (and a fall trip to Michigan), I craved something new — seasons, discovery, and fresh creative fuel. In 2015, I headed north to Portland, Oregon. Since then, I’ve helped shape iconic local brands and built campaigns for a wide range of agency clients — championing brand stories, immersive retail experiences, and print work that resonates beyond the screen. Whether I’m planning a product launch, finding clever ways to innovate inside the box, or mapping a brand’s visual voice, I bring curiosity, humor, and strategic craft to everything I do.
Off the digital leash, I’m skatin’, baseballin’, rock ’n’ rollin’, or out exploring. I’m also usually building something by hand, digging in the dirt, or buried in a great book. The analog life keeps me grounded—and fuels everything I create in the digital one.
My lens, my life
